Replacement axle for inline speeds skate. Proper torque should be applied to secure axles. Axles are typically made from a softer aluminum as to not damage the inline skate frame from over torque. Inline speed skate axles will require periodic replacement due to wear. If you find your axles will not stay tight, they are mostly likely worn and are in need of replacement.
